Pro-Forma
The Proforma is used to establish the profitability of the property or project. Click to view a Sample Pro-Forma.
When we discuss the property, please have available the address, purchase price, and cost of renovation. We will review all the costs that will be incurred during the renovation, including taxes, insurance, utilities, closing costs, interest, prepayment, seller help, and selling commission and then determine the estimated resale price.
The property must reflect a $20,000.00 gross profit after all expenses before Kriss Investments will consider providing funds for the loan.
Property Inspection & Cost Form
Kriss Investments will also require a detailed breakdown of all the costs that will go into the renovation.
Please download and fill out the form below, and includes line items for work requirements such as floor coverings, paint, kitchen, bath, electrical, plumbing, and structural to help us better understand the total cost of the renovation and email a copy of that form to contact@krissinvestments.com.
You will also have to fill out dimensions and square foot information for each room to better establish a cost breakdown.
