Kriss Investments provides private real estate investment loans when borrowing from a traditional bank is not an option. These “hard money” loans are used in a variety of circumstances.  Most often, they are used for home flipping, investment property equity lines, blanket mortgages, home and commercial property foreclosures, real estate tax foreclosures, and selective second mortgages.

Most lenders offer a 1-year loan, and if for any reason you are not able to pay off your loan in that time, you will need to renegotiate terms, which could cost you more money out of pocket. Working with Kriss Investments, we can help protect you from having to prematurely sell your property. Additionally, Kriss Investment's loans are different because we provide:

  • No “garbage” fees
  • No money out of pocket
  • No payments for 8 months

Basically we provide 100% financing with no out of pocket expenses for eight (8) months from closing. Our interest rates are not artificially low, with hidden fees added later.
